About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of transport of the Azerbaijan Republic

For the purpose of ensuring activities of the Ministry of transport of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

1. No. 1785 is cancelled according to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of 12.01.2018

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

* in ten-day time to approve numerical limit of employees of central office of the Ministry of transport of the Azerbaijan Republic and expense budget of the ministry for 2003;

* in a month to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of regulatory legal acts to compliance with this Decree;

* together with the Ministry of transport of the Azerbaijan Republic to prepare and provide to 3-month time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the list of organizations and organizations of road and transport complex which privatization is recognized as reasonable;

* resolve other issues following from this Decree.

3. Liquidate Azeravtonagliyyat state concern and Azeravtoyol state-owned company of the Azerbaijan Republic and to transfer the organizations which are in their structure, the organizations and other objects to subordination of the Ministry of transport of the Azerbaijan Republic.
