About some measures connected with enhancement of management in the field of digital development and transport in the Azerbaijan Republic

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of enhancement of management in the field of digital development and transport and ensuring activities of the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic it (is applied).

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of 24.05.2022 No. 1691

3. Create based on Public administration of civil aviation of the Azerbaijan Republic the State agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic.

4. Approve structure of the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic it (is applied).

5. The number of staff of Management of the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic constitutes 190 people, the number of staff of the State agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic constitutes 48 people. The number of staff of Service of electronic safety under the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic constitutes 30 people.

6. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of 24.05.2022 No. 1691

The legal entity of the public law the State inspectorate for safety of flights of civil aviation under Public administration of civil aviation of the Azerbaijan Republic to place under authority of the State agency under the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic.

8. Determine that the director of the State agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic is appointed and dismissed by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.

11.4. in a month to approve charters and structures of the legal entities of the public law provided by part 6 of this Decree in coordination with the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

11.5. in a month to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the project of provisions of the State sea agency under the Ministry of transport, communication and high technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic and State agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of transport, communication and high technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic;

11.6. control reduction of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and in five-months time to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on execution;

11.7. in two-month time to provide cession of property, being on balance of Public sea administration of the Azerbaijan Republic and Public administration of civil aviation of the Azerbaijan Republic and their subordinated organizations, on balances of the State sea agency under the Ministry of transport, communication and high technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic and State agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of transport, communication and high technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic and their subordinated organizations respectively;
