About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 12, 2018 No. 1785 "About some measures connected with enhancement of management in the field of transport, communication and high technologies in the Azerbaijan Republic"

1. Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 12, 2018 No. 1785 "About some measures connected with enhancement of management in the field of transport, communication and high technologies in the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of Legal acts). Azerbaijan Republic, 2018, No. 1, Article 41, 2019, No. 1, Article 95, No. 6, Article 1027, No. 11, article 1702, No. 1; 12, Article 1929; No. 3, Article 407, No. 8, article 1044, No. 6 (book I), Article 593, No. 13, Article 1430);
1.1. "transport, communication and high technologies" in the name shall be replaced with words words "digital development and transport";
1.2. in word preamble "transport, communication and high technologies" shall be replaced with words "digital development and transport", words "Transport, communication and high technologies" words "Of digital development and transport";
