About assignment for financial assistance to Fund of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Allocate to the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of 4080000 thousand hryvnias from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for provision of financial aid of obligatory national social insurance to Fund for unemployment case, namely:

2803000 thousand hryvnias on irretrievable basis (consumption expenses) - for payment of the help with partial unemployment for the quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus according to article 47-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population";

1277000 thousand hryvnias on returnable basis (loan granting) - for allowance payment on unemployment.

2. Approve the Procedure for use of the funds allocated for financial assistance to Fund of obligatory national social insurance for unemployment case which is applied.

3. Provide:

1) to the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry - approval of allocation of budgetary funds, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

2) to the Ministry of Finance - after the specified approval opening of new budget programs and entering of corresponding changes into list of the government budget.
