About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2020 No. 211

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2020 No. 211 "About prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 23, the Art. 896, No. 30, the Art. 1061), changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2020 No. 313
1. To add the subitem 8 of Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"the agrofood markets which are operators of the market of foodstuff according to the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles and requirements to safety and quality of foodstuff" (further - the agrofood markets), on condition of observance of anti-epidemic requirements to activities of the agrofood markets established by the chief state health officer of Ukraine;".
2. Add the resolution with Items 2-1 and 2-2 of the following content:
"2-1. And consumer protections during action of quarantine to provide to public service on safety issues of foodstuff:
carrying out daily unscheduled inspections behind observance by the agrofood markets of anti-epidemic requirements to activities of the agrofood markets established by the chief state health officer of Ukraine;
presence at least two inspectors in the agrofood market during the whole time of its work and carrying out the unscheduled inspections specified in the paragraph the second this Item by them.
2-2. To the chief state health officer of Ukraine to develop and approve anti-epidemic requirements to activities of the agrofood markets.".
