About approval of Limits (quotas) of consumption of ozone-depleting substances for the period from 2020 to 2025
According to article 313 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 9, 2007, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of obligations of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the Montreal protocol on the substances destroying the ozone layer attached by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 30, 1997 I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Limits (quotas) of consumption of ozone-depleting substances for the period from 2020 to 2025.
2. To provide to department of climatic policy and green technologies of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
