1. Approve the enclosed rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Production of National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan and State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

1-1) directions of information on the made changes and (or) additions in Single contact center, to the operator of information and communication infrastructure of "the electronic government", within three working days from the date of state registration;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
