About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in the field of construction

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. the paragraph the fourth parts two of Item 17 of Rules of the conclusion and execution of the construction contracts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 1998 No. 1450, after the words "with regional" to add with words "Minsk city";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2015 No. 1133 "About creation of the institutional circle for implementation of the innovative project "Construction of experimental object "Resursonezavisimy quarter "the House the Park":
to add preamble after the words "House Park" with words "(further - quarter "the House the Park")";
in Item 1:
the third or fifth subitem 1.1 to exclude paragraphs;
state subitem 1.2 in the following edition:
