About approval of Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning bankruptcy

1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning bankruptcy which are attached.
2. To management of justice and punitive justice (Oleynik A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Kolomiyets V.

1. In the Regulations on the Disciplinary commission of arbitration managers approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 25, 2019 No. 2993/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 30, 2019 for No. 1068/34039:
1) in Item 12:
in paragraph one of the word "On Meeting" shall be replaced with words "For participation in meeting";
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "on meeting" "for participation in meeting";
