For the purpose of ensuring concentration of the state resources on realization of the most important and significant directions of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities I decide:
1. Approve the priority directions of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities for 2021-2025 (are applied).
2. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National academy of Sciences of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
appendix Items 1-9 - since January 1, 2021;
other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
Action of Item 10 of appendix extends to the relations which arose since June 1, 2019.

1. In the Charter of National academy of Sciences of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2003 No. 56:
to state the paragraph of the eighth of Item 12 in the following edition:
"development together with interested the priority directions of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities;";
in the paragraph the second Item 43 of the word of "fundamental and applied research and development in the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities";
third to state the paragraph to part one of Item 56 in the following edition:
