About approval of the Provision on selection of the operator (administrator) of national system of marking and traceability of the marked goods in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of requirements of the Agreement on marking of goods means of identification within the Eurasian Economic Union signed on February 2, 2018 in the city of Almaty and also "About introduction of marking of shoe goods" of August 8, 2019 No. 72, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission:

1. Approve the Provision on selection of the operator (administrator) of national system of marking and traceability of the marked goods in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the national operator) according to appendix 1.

2. Approve structure of the interdepartmental commission on selection of the national operator (further - the interdepartmental commission) according to appendix 2.

3. Interdepartmental commission:

- make selection of the national operator according to the Provision specified in Item 1 of this resolution;

- following the results of selection within 3 (three) working days to send the decision on determination of the national operator to the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the decision on determination of the national operator to introduce to Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic the draft decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic about determination of the national operator.
