About modification of the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 171 and of March 25, 2016 No. 246

Bring in the Procedure for conducting special check concerning persons who apply for holding the posts which provide occupation of responsible or especially responsible provision, and positions with the increased corruption risk, No. 171 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 28, of the Art. 812), and the Procedure for carrying out tender on holding the posts of public service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2016 No. 246 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 28, of Art. 1116; 2017, No. 71, Art. 2163; 2019, No. 78, Art. 2695; 2020, No. 17, the Art. 676), changes which are applied.
