About determination of the list of payers

(as amended of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 17.08.2020 No. 486)

Based on subitem 2.4 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2020 "About support of economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 143

1. Determine the list of payers by which offsetting of difference between the amount of the tax deductions and total amount of the value added tax estimated on sales of goods (works, services), property rights is made within 10 working days from the date of adoption by tax authority of the decision on return (complete or partial refusal in return) such difference, according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
