About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 3, 2008 No. 195 "About some social legal guarantees for the military personnel, judges, public prosecutor's employees and officials of customs authorities" the following changes:

in subitem 1.10:

in part two:

add part with the offer of the following content: "At the same time close relatives are understood as the citizens specified in Item 2 of article 1 of the Housing code of the Republic of Belarus.";

in subitem 1.12 "statement" to replace the word with the word "acceptance".

2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 - in three months after official publication of this Decree;
