About prolongation (reducing) of terms of stay of citizens in self-isolation

Based on Item 5 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2020 "About introduction of restrictive action" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 208

1. Determine that:

1.1. the bases for prolongation of terms of stay of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship (further - citizens) in self-isolation according to the decision of the organization of health care performing medical observation of the citizen (further if other is not established, - the territorial organization of health care), are:

receipt of positive result of laboratory research of biological material on COVID-19 infection availability (further - laboratory research) at person belonging to contacts of the first level with persons having COVID-19, infection in case of repeated carrying out laboratory research;

receipt of positive result of laboratory research at person having COVID-19, infection in case of repeated carrying out laboratory research;

incomplete medical examination of person belonging to contacts of the first level with persons having COVID-19, infection in the last day of the established self-isolation period;

1.2. the bases for reducing terms of stay of person which arrived to the Republic of Belarus from the countries in which COVID-19 infection cases are registered (further - the arrived person), in self-isolation according to the decision of the organization of health care are:

the address of the arrived person for rendering specialized, including high-technology, medical care in the organizations of health care of the Republic of Belarus about reducing terms of stay in self-isolation;
