About the Unified register of property
For the purpose of enhancement of accounting of property, management of it and control of its use I decide:
1. Create the state information system "Unified Register of Property" (further - GIS "Unified Register of Property") on the basis of the Unified register of state-owned property and to determine the State committee on property its owner.
2. Determine that:
2.1. GIS "Unified Register of Property" consists of the state information resource "Unified Register of Property" (further – the Unified register of property), the state information resource "The Unified Register of the Empty Houses", information technologies and complexes of program technical means.
The procedure for use of GIS "Unified Register of Property", forming and updating of the Unified register of property and the state information resource "The Unified Register of the Empty Houses", structure of the data included in them are determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
2.2. The unified register of property contains data:
about legal entities *;
about state-owned property and actual state of its use, including about the parcels of land provided to legal entities, except for economic societies without participation of the state;
about the property which is in property of economic societies with participation of the state and actual state of its use;
about the property of the Union State which is in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (further – property of the Union State);
about the parcels of land included in lists of the free (unoccupied) parcels of land and lists of the parcels of land for implementation of investment projects;
