About measures for further support of the grain processing companies and producers of square loaf

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 27, 2019 No. UP-5755 "About Measures for Further Streamlining of Provision of Tax and Customs Privileges", and also for the purpose of support of the grain processing companies and producers of square loaf and non-admission of increase in prices the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Determine that:

a) till July 1, 2020:

the procedure for determination of the leviable turnover on the value added tax in case of flour production by the grain processing companies estimated proceeding from total revenue, less the cost of grain of national production remains;

production and realization of the square loaf produced from the flour made with use only of grain of national production are exempted from the value added tax;

b) since October 1, 2019 the grain processing companies performing conversion of the imported grain which is laid over by the value added tax in case of its import (import) determine leviable turnover by the value added tax according to the procedure, established by the Tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Finance D. A. Kuchkarov.
