About some questions in the field of ensuring cyber security of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement of national infrastructure on coordination and ensuring cyber security, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the Coordination center for ensuring cyber security of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. Determine the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic by authorized state body in the field of ensuring cyber security of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the state committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations, department of digital transformation of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
