About introduction of temporary ban on import to the Russian Federation of separate types of fuel

According to Articles 29, 47 and appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 for the purpose of need of ensuring energy security of the Russian Federation and stabilization of situation in domestic market of fuel the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish from the date of entry into force of this resolution till October 1, 2020 temporary ban on import to the Russian Federation of types of fuel according to the list according to appendix.

The specified prohibition does not extend:

on the fuel moved within the international transit carriages which are beginning and coming to an end outside the territory of the Russian Federation and also the fuel which country of source is the Russian Federation moved between parts of the Russian Federation through the territories of foreign states;

on the fuel containing in the technological reservoirs intended for its storage, water, air, railway or automotive vehicles, used for the purpose of operation along the line;

on the fuel imported into the Russian Federation before entry into force of this resolution concerning which the actions connected with customs declaring and release are not made;

on the fuel moved with physical persons for private use.

2. Provide to the Federal Customs Service control over the implementation of provisions, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to notify in accordance with the established procedure the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
