About procedure for the organization and holding peaceful assemblies in the Republic of Kazakhstan

2) the member of peaceful assembly - the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who takes voluntary part in peaceful assembly;
3) the specialized place for the organization and holding peaceful assemblies - the place public or the route determined by local representative body of the city of republican value, the capital or area (city of regional value) for holding peaceful assemblies;
4) the organizer of peaceful assembly - the full age citizen or group of full age citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or the legal entity registered according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the holding peaceful assembly acting as initiators organizing its carrying out and performing management of the course of peaceful assembly and its participants;
5) demonstration - movement of the citizen or group of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the certain time along certain route for the purpose of public expression of opinion on socially significant questions and (or) actions (failure to act) of persons and (or) bodies, organizations performed with use of vehicles, with use or without use of sound-amplifying technical means, posters, banners and other means of evident propaganda with promotion of requirements or without that;
