Article 1. "About flag of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) to state article 3 of the Law of June 15, 2006 to No. ZR-149 in the following edition:
"Article 3. Use of flag of the Republic of Armenia
1. The colors of the Republic of Armenia are always hoisted on buildings of the residence of the President of the republic, National assembly, Government, the Constitutional court, courts, bodies of prosecutor's office, the Defender of human rights, the Central bank, bodies of system of public administration, autonomous state bodies, independent state bodies, other state bodies, governor apparatus and regional administrations (including the city halls of Yerevan).
2. The colors of the Republic of Armenia always shall be hoisted on buildings of bodies of diplomatic service of the Republic of Armenia in foreign state (Embassies of the Republic of Armenia, permanent missions of the Republic of Armenia in the international organizations, consular establishments of the Republic of Armenia) and other official representations of the Republic of Armenia in foreign state according to the international precepts of law, rules of the diplomatic protocol and customs of host states, and also in the international organizations with participation of the Republic of Armenia and on the international actions with participation of the Republic of Armenia according to the procedures and conduct accepted with these organizations.
3. The colors of the Republic of Armenia are hoisted during opening of the official sports championships of the Republic of Armenia and go down during the closing ceremonies.
4. The flag of the Republic of Armenia is always set in provided for official, working and ceremonies assembly halls of the residence of the President of the republic, National assembly, Government, judicial sessions of courts, meetings of Central Election Commission.
