Some questions of bodies of financial control

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Cancel the decision on reorganization of the Public auditing service.

2. Liquidate Office of financial control.

3. Form the commission on liquidation of Office of financial control.

Approve as the chairman of said commission the vice-chairman of the Public auditing service Solyanik Yulia Valeryevna.

To the commission chairman:

approve staff of the commission;

provide implementation of the actions connected with liquidation of Office of financial control;

inform in six-months time the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on results of the carried-out work.

4. Determine that ensuring activities of the Public auditing service in 2020 is performed in the expense limits provided to Office of financial control.

5. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

6. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

7. To the Ministry of Finance in accordance with the established procedure to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning entering into acts of the legislation of the changes following from this resolution in a month and to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
