About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 25, 2020 No. 171

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 25, 2020 No. 171 "About measures for prevention of delivery and spread of the infection caused by COVID-19 coronavirus" the following changes:
1.1. in preamble of the word "and streamlinings of transit motor transportations of loads on the territory of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "streamlinings of the international motor transportations and";
1.2. in Item 1:
in subitem 1.1 part two:
after paragraph one to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"the staff of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus in the foreign states documented by diplomatic and service passports and also members of their families;";
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the transport drivers intended for accomplishment of the international motor transportations, and also transportations of the international mailings;";
in subitem 1.2:
in part one of the word "carrying-out transit motor transportations of loads through the territory of the Republic of Belarus, including from the territory of the Russian Federation in state members of the European Union and Ukraine, between two Items of crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus in the places established by the legislation (further-transit transportations)" shall be replaced with words "the Republic of Belarus following en route through the territory on the vehicles intended for accomplishment of the international motor transportations";
