This Instruction determines procedure for planning and calculation of economically reasonable expenses (costs) (further - costs planning) on rendering services of the airports included in the list of services of the airports, rates for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, and the aeronautical services included in the list of aeronautical services, rates for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of February 14, 2014 in No. 130 (further - regulated services), for the purpose of regulation of rates.
