Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. "About rates for the electrical energy made from unrenewable energy resources, fuel oil" to state part one of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2019 to No. 92 in the following edition:
"1. Determine that rates for the electrical energy made from natural gas in the territory of the Republic of Belarus by the individual entrepreneurs and legal entities who are not part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo (further - electric power producers), and released to the power supplying organizations of this consolidation, are determined by electric power producers in Belarusian rubles for 1 kW · h without the value added tax (further - the VAT) in case of the official rate of Belarusian ruble in relation to US dollar established by National Bank and applied by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in case of annual price fixation on the natural gas released by the gas supplying organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz (further - the gas supplying organizations), on the following formula:
