About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Protection of the Population in Emergency Situations"

Article 1. In the subitem "zh" of article 12 of the Law of December 2, 1998 "About protection of the population in emergency situations" (further - the Law) words "the legislation of the Republic of Armenia" to replace No. ZR-265 with the word "laws".
Article 2. In the subitem "d" of article 13 of the Law of the word "republican executive, public administration, territorial" shall be replaced with words "systems of public administration, bodies of territorial public administration", and in the subitem "zh" of the word "the legislation of the Republic of Armenia" to replace with the word "law".
Article 3. In article 14 of the Law:
1) in heading and part 1 of the word "republican executive" shall be replaced with words "systems of public administration";

Article 4. In article 15 of the Law:

Article 5. In the subitem "e" of article 16 of the Law of the word "the legislation of the Republic of Armenia" to replace with the word "law".
Article 6. Regarding 1 article 22 of the Law of the word "Republican Executive" shall be replaced with words "Systems of public administration".
