According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of requirements to the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 31, 2017 No. 29 (with changes) (further - Changes) which are applied.

2. Banks, legal entities who obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for provision to banks of services in collection:

1) have the right within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to use the forms of the accompanying sheet to bag with cash and the accompanying cash order to bag with currency values established by the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 31, 2017 No. 29 (with changes), without the Changes approved by Item 1 of this resolution;

2) shall within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution bring the domestic situations regulating activities of divisions of collection into compliance with requirements of this resolution.
