About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About breeding case in livestock production"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 20, 2013 No. 24-Z "About breeding case in livestock production" the following changes:
1. To add Article 1 after the paragraph of the seventeenth with the paragraph of the following content:
"the passport of the subject of breeding livestock production - the document of the established form certifying type of the subject of breeding livestock production and confirming compliance of the legal entity performing activities in the field of breeding case in livestock production to requirements imposed to this type of subjects of breeding livestock production;".
2. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of breeding case
The relations in the field of breeding case are governed by the legislation in the field of breeding case, and also international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
The legislation in the field of breeding case is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts governing the relations in the field of breeding case.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which are provided by this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".
3. In Article 3 of the word of "food of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word of "food".
4. In Article 5:
in paragraph four to replace the word "republican" with the word "state";
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"establishes procedure for issue of the passport of the subject of breeding livestock production and requirements imposed to subjects of breeding livestock production;".
