About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the Belarusian Society of the Red Cross"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2000 No. 437-Z "About the Belarusian Society of the Red Cross" the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"the volunteer - physical person, voluntarily and gratuitously on regular, periodic or one-time basis performing works or rendering services within the actions for goal achievement, accomplishment of tasks and realization of the main activities of the Belarusian Society of the Red Cross;";

word in paragraph three "Article 2", "armies", "sea", and "prisoners of war" to replace respectively with words "Articles 2 and 3", "armies, Articles 2 and 3", "the sea, Articles 2 and 3" and "prisoners of war, Articles 2 and 3";

after the paragraph of the fourth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:

"the victims of armed conflict - wounded and patients, persons, castaway, the missing persons, the died (dead), prisoners of war, other persons who are in the authorities of the enemy, faces imprisoned for the reasons connected with armed conflict and also the civilians who are in the area of fighting, using protection according to one of Conventions or Protocols I or II or arrived to the territory of the Republic of Belarus in connection with threat for their life which arose because of violence in the conditions of armed conflict;".

2. In part one of Article 3 of the word of "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "legislations".

3. To exclude from part two of Article 4 and part three of Article 17 of the word "Republic of Belarus".
