Some questions of entrance/departure of citizens of Ukraine on temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that till May 1, 2021 entrance on temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of citizens of Ukraine aged from 14 up to 16 years which have no passport of the citizen of Ukraine or the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad, can be performed through checkpoints of entrance/departure on condition of presentation of the certificate of birth taking into account requirements for escort of such persons provided by the paragraph the fourth Item 6 of the Procedure for entrance of persons, movement of goods to temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and departure of persons, the movement of goods from such territories approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2019 No. 815 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 70, by the Art. 2446).

2. Make change to Item 6 of the Procedure for entrance of persons, movements of goods to temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and departure of persons, the movement of goods from such territories approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2019 No. 815 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 70, of the Art. 2446, No. 97, of the Art. 3204), having stated the paragraph the twelfth in the following edition:
