About modification and amendments in the Law "About Bodies of System of Public Administration"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on January 21, 2020
Article 1. "About bodies of system of public administration" (further - the Law) to state the text of article 1 of the Law of March 23, 2018 to No. ZR-260 in the following edition:
"1. According to article 159 of the Constitution, this Law establishes circle, procedure for forming of bodies of system of public administration, and also governs the other relations connected with these bodies.".
Article 2. Add the law with Article 7.1 of the following content:
"Article 7.1. Appeal of administrative acts of the bodies subordinated to the Prime Minister or the Government, governors
1. Administrative acts, actions or failure to act of the bodies provided by this Law subordinated to the Prime Minister or the Government and their officials, and also can be appealed by the governor in the body which adopted the act, or judicially.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
