1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 13, 2019 No. 308 "About measures for enhancement of system of social protection of the population using interdepartmental electronic interaction" according to appendix.

2. Changes and additions made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 13, 2019 No. 308 "About measures for enhancement of system of social protection of the population using interdepartmental electronic interaction"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These Provisional regulations determine procedure for appointment and payment of the off-budget Pension fund by district (city) departments under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Syr Darya region (further - departments of the Pension fund) benefits to families with children aged up to 14 years (further - benefit to families with children), child care allowances before achievement of age of two years by it (further - child care allowance), financial support to needy families (further - financial support) and monthly monetary compensation for covering of additional expenses by purchase of flour and square loaf (further - compensation).

Operation of these Provisional regulations regarding appointment and allowance payment on child care does not extend to mothers (persons, them replacing) working in the organizations in which payment of this type of benefit is performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation, at the expense of own means of these organizations (except for mothers (persons, them replacing) working in state-financed organizations).

3. The sizes of the paid benefit to families with children, child care allowance and financial support are determined according to the procedure, established by the legislation.

Benefits to families with children and financial support are appointed for a period of 6 months, and child care allowances - to 12 months, but not further month of execution to the child of two years inclusive.

If leaving is performed behind two and is paid by the children who were more born, adopted or accepted under guardianship, then child care allowance in unary size up to achievement of two-year age by the younger child.
