1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2015 No. 325 "About approval of Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 27-28, 168) the following amendment:
The rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies approved by the specified resolution:
add with Item 24-1 of the following content:
"24-1. In case of assignment from reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for designing and construction of the biopharmaceutical plant on release of the immunobiological medicines conforming to requirements and standards of proper production practice (GMP), the petition it is represented with appendix of summary calculations without submission of the design estimates.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and stops the action since January 1, 2021.
