About modification of the Procedure for holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy according to bilateral agreements

Bring in the Procedure for holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy according to bilateral agreements approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2019 No. 499 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 50, the Art. 1693), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 3:
1) to add Item with subitem 13-1 of the following content:
"13-1) packet of lots - set of lots which are determined by the seller and are offered for sale according to bilateral agreements at auctions;";
The subitem 18 after the words "according to the legislation" to add 2) with the words "and in other cases determined by this Procedure".
2. In Item 5 of the word and figures "and taking into account the conditions specified in Items 23 - 30" shall be replaced with words also in figures "and/or for sale of electrical energy according to bilateral agreements at auctions in the form of special sessions selling packets of lots taking into account the conditions specified in Items 31 - 39".
3. To add Item 18 after the paragraph of the fifth with the new paragraph of such content:
