According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About quality and safety of food products" and "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population", and also in execution No. PP-4059 "About measures for further development of systems of technical regulation, standardization, certification and metrology" the Cabinet of Ministers decides the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 12, 2018:
1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 6, 2004 No. 318 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004 No. 7, the Art. 63), according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning investments and foreign economic relations - the minister of investments and foreign trade S. U. Umurzakov and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. K. Shadmanov.
