1. This Procedure determines the procedure of control of observance of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About social services" Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and the Sevastopol city, district, district state administrations in Kiev and Sevastopol.
Control of observance of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About social services" executive bodies of village, settlement, city councils is performed according to the procedure, established by the relevant council, in particular regarding approval, ensuring financing and accomplishment of local programs, control of target use of the budgetary funds allocated for financing of social services, educations of suppliers of social services and appointment of their heads.
