About recognition voided some resolutions of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine

1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 10-3 "About approval of the List and procedure for submission of the documents necessary for purpose (recalculation) of pensions according to the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 6, 2011 for No. 816/19554;
the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of November 25, 2014 No. 25-1 "About modification of the List and procedure for submission of the documents necessary for purpose (recalculation) of pensions according to the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2014 for No. 1613/26390.
2. Item 5 of the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of February 11, 2013 No. 2-4 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2013 for No. 343/22875, to exclude.
With respect thereto Items 6 - 9 to consider respectively Items 5 - 8.
3. To department of provision of pensions (Okhrimenko A. V.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
