Questions of National council concerning anti-corruption policy

According to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:

1. Bring in Regulations on National council concerning anti-corruption policy, No. 808 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 14, 2014 "About National council concerning anti-corruption policy" (with the changes made by Decrees of March 14, 2015 No. 145 and of September 26, 2015 No. 563), the following changes:

Item 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"7. The national council is formed as a part of the chairman and other members who take part in its work on a voluntary basis.

The chairman of National council is on position the Deputy manager of Office of the President of Ukraine to whose maintaining questions of anti-corruption policy are carried.

The staff of National council is approved by the President of Ukraine.

The international observers and consultants can take part in work of National council";

Paragraph two of Item 9 to state 2) in the following edition:

"By results of meeting of National council the protocol which is signed by the chairman of National council is drawn up";

Paragraph one of Item 11 to state 3) in the following edition:

"11. Organizational and analytical ensuring activities of National council is performed by Office of the President of Ukraine in interaction and cooperation with the National agency concerning prevention of corruption, and organizational and technical and other providing - Office of the President of Ukraine and Public administration by cases (within competence)".

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 26.09.2015 No. 563/2015
