Questions of National council concerning anti-corruption policy

According to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:

1. Bring in Item 7 of the Regulations on National council concerning anti-corruption policy approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 14, 2014 No. 808 "About National council concerning anti-corruption policy" (with the changes made by the Decree of March 14, 2015 No. 145), the following changes:

Paragraphs the fourth and fifth to state 1) in the following edition:

"Also are part of National council:

the presidentns deputy chief of staff of Ukraine to whose maintaining questions of legal support of realization by the President of Ukraine of the powers determined by the Constitution of Ukraine are carried";

In paragraph eleven the word "six" to replace 2) with the word "seven";

The thirteenth the word "All-Ukrainian" to exclude 3) in the paragraph;

4) to add Item after the paragraph of the thirteenth with new paragraphs of the following content:

"The head of the delegation of Ukraine for participation in work of Group of the states of the Council of Europe against corruption (GRECO);

business ombudsman".
