Questions of activities of National council concerning anti-corruption policy
According to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:
1. Bring in the Regulations on National council concerning anti-corruption policy approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 14, 2014 No. 808 "About National council concerning anti-corruption policy" (with the changes made by Decrees of March 14, 2015 No. 145, of September 26, 2015 No. 563 and of June 25, 2019 No. 453), the following changes:
1) in the subitem 4 of Item 3 of the word "Organizations for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)" shall be replaced with words "Organizations for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)";
Paragraphs of the first and second of Item 7 to state 2) in the following edition:
"7. The national council is formed as a part of the Chairman, the vice-chairman and other members who take part in its work on a voluntary basis.
The chairman of National council is the President of Ukraine, the vice-chairman of National council - the Head of Office of the President of Ukraine";
In paragraph one of Item 8 of the word "but at least once in two months" to exclude 3);
Paragraph two of Item 9 to state 4) in the following edition:
"By results of meeting of National council, in case of need, the protocol is constituted";
Item 11 after paragraph one to add 5) with the paragraph of the following content:
"The current work on maintenance of activities of National council, consideration of addresses and offers on the questions which are within the competence of National council are performed by the relevant division of Office of the President of Ukraine".
With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
