Some questions of realization of pilot project on implementation of exterritoriality in state registration of the parcels of land

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry, Public service on geodesy, cartography and the inventory concerning realization since June 10, 2020 in territorial authorities of Public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory which provide implementation of powers on state registration of the parcels of land, pilot project on implementation of exterritoriality in state registration of the parcels of land for up to two years.

2. Approve the Temporary order of interaction between the state cadastral registrars of territorial authorities of Public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory for realization of pilot project on implementation of exterritoriality in state registration of the parcels of land which is applied.

3. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

4. To public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory according to requirements of the Temporary procedure approved by this resolution to provide till June 10, 2020 development and deployment of the software as a part of the State land cadastre necessary for implementation of this resolution.

5. To provide to the ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry till June 1, 2021. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the report on results of realization of pilot project on implementation of exterritoriality in state registration of the parcels of land.
