2. Determine core activity of society the organization of short-term professional development course, preparation and retraining of administrative board and specialists in the field of civil protection.

3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) forming of the authorized capital of society at the expense of property value of the reorganized partnership;

2) approval of the charter of society and its state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares of society to Committee on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
