According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 31, 2020 No. UP-5930 "About Additional Measures for the Accelerated Development of National System of Rendering the State Services", and also for the purpose of simplification of the state requirements for preparation, retraining and advanced training of drivers of automotor-vehicles, creation of equal conditions for all business entities who are engaged in this type of activity, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and addition to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 9, 2019 No. 202 "About entering of amendment into the Regulations on order of registration of state educational institutions and educational groups of other legal entities performing activities for rendering non-state educational services in the field of preparation, retrainings and advanced trainings of drivers of automotor-vehicles and means of urban electric transportation, and also holding examinations and issue of the national car driver license".
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.
