According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 3, 2020 the No. UP-5978 "About Additional Measures of Support of the Population, Industries of Economy and Subjects of Entrepreneurship in the period of Koronavirusny Pandemic" Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and addition to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in two weeks to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on financial and economic questions and reducing poverty - the Minister of Economic Development and reducing poverty of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.

The changes and amendment brought in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In Regulations on the procedure for appointment and payment of social benefits and financial support to needy families approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 15, 2013 No. 44:

a) in paragraph one of Item 8 of the word "1, 5-fold average monthly size of minimum wage" shall be replaced with words "percent 52,7 from the minimum wage";

b) in Item 19:

the fourth and fifth to exclude paragraphs;

c) in Item 22:

students in educational institutions (except case of implementation of works according to the employment contract);

unemployed pensioners, receivers of benefits - the aged, not having length of service necessary for award of pension and disabled citizens, mothers having children with disability since the childhood, persons with disability since the childhood, persons with HIV infection and also persons having disability of I or II groups;

the family member who is actually occupied with maintaining personal subsidiary (Dehkan) farm;

performing care of the family member needing foreign leaving;

"The normative income from maintaining personal subsidiary (Dehkan) farm is determined by multiplication of quantity of the hundred parts used for maintaining personal subsidiary (Dehkan) farm on 0, the 035-fold size of the minimum wage established in month of the request for benefit or financial support according to appendix No. 4 to this Provision";

e) to state Items 2 and 3 of appendix No. 4 in the following edition:

"2. The average monthly normative income of family from maintaining personal subsidiary (Dehkan) farm is determined by formula:

ND = Pl (cells) * 0,035 * minimum wage rate, where:

ND - the average monthly normative income from maintaining personal subsidiary (Dehkan) farm;

Пл (cells) - the area of the parcel of land in hundred parts;

0,035 - the coefficient reflecting the normative income gained from one hundred part;
