Some questions of assignment to Fund of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Allocate to the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry 4171228, one thousand hryvnias (consumption expenses) from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for financial assistance on irretrievable basis to Fund of obligatory national social insurance for unemployment case.

2. Approve the Procedure for use of the funds allocated for financial assistance on irretrievable basis to Fund of obligatory national social insurance for unemployment case which is applied.

3. Provide:

1) to the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry - approval of allocation of budgetary funds, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

2) to the Ministry of Finance - after the specified approval opening of the new budget program and entering of corresponding changes into list of the government budget.
