Some questions of implementation of activities for adoption of children

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children, No. 905 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2008 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 79, Art. 2660; 2010, No. 1, Art. 38, No. 86, Art. 3046; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3110; 2015, No. 66, Art. 2184; 2016, No. 56, Art. 1942; 2019, No. 56, the Art. 1946), changes which are applied.

2. For the purpose of organization-legal ensuring high-quality training of candidates for adoptive parents to stop for the period till September 1, 2020 action of the paragraph of the eleventh Item 22, of Item 25, of the paragraph of the twelfth Item 26 of the Procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of the supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2008 No. 905 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 79, Art. 2660; 2019, No. 56, Art. 1946).

3. Determine that:

during the quarantine in connection with spread of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus effective periods of the documents determined by the paragraph the fifteenth Item 22 and paragraph one of Item 35 of the Procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of the supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2008 No. 905 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 79, Art. 2660; 2019, No. 56, the Art. 1946), is prolonged for effective period of such quarantine;
