Some questions of activities of the centers of social services
(Extraction)

According to the paragraph to the seventh "About social services" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts two of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve such which are applied:

Standard provision about republican the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city the centers of social services;

Standard provision about district, city, district in the city, the settlement, rural center of social services.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 28, 2004 No. 87 and of October 4, 2017 741No. changes which are applied.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. Recommend to local government bodies and local executive bodies according to the provisions approved by this resolution, to form republican the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city, district, city, district in the cities, the settlement and rural centers of social services by reorganization of the relevant centers of social services for family, children and youth.
