About modification of the Regulations on state examination in the field of cryptographic information security

According to article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine", I ORDER to the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 03, 2014 No. 411, for the purpose of enhancement of system of cryptographic information security:

1. Bring in the Regulations on state examination in the field of cryptographic information security approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of June 23, 2008 No. 100, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 16, 2008 for No. 651/15342 (with changes), such changes:

Subitem 2.2.3 of Item 2.2 of the Section II to add 1) with the new paragraph of such content:

"Application for identification and control of integrity of the software (its components) of means, the software for calculation hash function in accordance with GOST 7564:2014 is allowed (in operating modes of "Kupina-256", "Kupina-284", "Kupina-512"). At the same time the zero vector of initialization is used.";

Appendix 1 to the Provision to be reworded as follows 2) which is applied.

2. To provide to the director of the department of information security of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine.
