1. In Regulations on the orphanage of family type approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2002 No. 564:

"Pupils are in orphanage of family type before achievement of 18-year age, and in case of continuation of training in organization of general secondary education, on day form of education in organization of professional (professional), professional prehigher and higher education - up to 23 years or before the termination of the relevant educational institutions.";
