According to subitems 6, of the 9th item 4 and Item 9 of the Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 500, I ORDER:

1. Approve such which are applied:

form of the reporting of KSDS "Report on the Quantitative List of Government Employees" (further - the Report of KSDS);

The instruction concerning filling of form of the reporting of KSDS "Report on the Quantitative List of Government Employees".

2. Declare invalid the order of the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service of October 21, 2016 No. 223 "About approval of form of the reporting of KSDS (quarter) "The report on the quantitative list of government employees" and the Instruction for its filling", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 14, 2016 at No. 1477/29607.

3. Determine that operation of this order extends to state bodies, organizations and the organizations, positions of leading employees and which specialists are carried to positions of public service (further - state bodies).

4. To provide to management of strategic planning and analysis of policy of the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service:
